KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position involves supporting the digital transformation of ERP systems to SAP. You will collaborate across various functions while leveraging your expertise in existing supply chain processes and systems.

Your proficiency in developing advanced concepts, identifying improvements in system processes, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing productivity will be crucial for successful integration within our operations.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential. This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Conduct data analysis utilizing various techniques to describe, predict, and assist supply chain in making informed business decisions that enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement inventory control methods and reports to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Navigate complex processes and organizational structures to provide clear process flows.
  • Identify and resolve issues while improving inventory management, demand planning, and system integrity.
  • Advance and maintain tools and techniques necessary to assess the impact of proposed schedule modifications.
  • Analyze scenarios to align production, storage, and transportation with demand requirements.
  • Facilitate communication across the supply chain and throughout the organization by integrating and aligning processes, procedures, and practices.
  • Perform data analysis to compare actual results against the Master Production Schedule.
  • Make recommendations and implement solutions through value stream data analysis in support of various programs and business units.
  • Drive advanced technological initiatives and guide their development to completion to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate and authorize order releases by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
  • Implement and sustain process improvements and standard practices by analyzing and establishing best practices for supply chain performance enhancement.
  • Support the incorporation of changes and planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Verify and integrate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operational plans.
  • Collaborate with supply chain business units and other functions to achieve goals and establish standards.
Project focus: Transition from ERP to SAP.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of training is a prerequisite for this assignment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience interpreting Bills of Materials.

o Minimum of 5 years of experience with industry-standard ERP systems or equivalents such as SAP.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o At least 1 year of experience working directly with suppliers or in supplier management.
o At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
o An accredited Bachelor's degree or higher.
o At least 1 year of experience with SAP/4HANA.
o Experience leading team members through supply chain integrations.
o Familiarity with MRP systems (ERPLN/SAP) is preferred.
o A collaborative approach, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills with leaders and team members.

EDUCATION:

An accredited Bachelor's degree with typically 10 or more years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with typically 8 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In the USA, ABET accreditation is preferred but not mandatory. An advanced degree is preferred but not required.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Start Time: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
End Time: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Potential for overtime.
