We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to contribute to our Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Digital Transformation of our ERP system to SAP. The successful candidate will collaborate across various functions while leveraging their expertise in our existing supply chain processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing diverse methodologies to inform and enhance supply chain decision-making and overall business performance.
- Establish and implement inventory management strategies and reporting mechanisms to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to create and optimize process flows.
- Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, demand forecasting, and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain tools and techniques to assess the impact of proposed schedule modifications.
- Analyze scenarios to align production, storage, and transportation with demand forecasts.
- Facilitate effective communication across the supply chain and the broader organization by aligning processes and practices.
- Perform data analysis to compare actual outcomes against the Master Production Schedule.
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions through value stream analysis to support various programs and business units.
- Advance innovative technological initiatives and guide their implementation to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Coordinate the release of orders by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
- Implement and sustain process enhancements and standard operating procedures to elevate Supply Chain performance.
- Support the integration of changes and strategic planning to achieve optimal solutions.
- Incorporate engineering and production timelines into supply chain operational plans.
- Collaborate with supply chain units and other departments to achieve collective goals and establish performance standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
- 5+ years of experience in interpreting Bills of Materials.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in supplier relations or supplier management.
- 1+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience with SAP/4HANA.
- Experience in leading teams through Supply Chain integrations.
