Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services, promoting resident satisfaction and well-being, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the management of all departments within the community, including resident care, marketing, and operations.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Resident Care and Services
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, including medical, social, and recreational activities.
    • Develop and implement programs to promote resident engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Marketing and Business Development
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and promote the community's services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth move-in process and high resident satisfaction.
  • Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files and financial reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of three years of experience in a management position in a senior living community or related business.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education and specific training or certification in management activities preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • Knowledge of senior living regulations and laws.
