Position Overview:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is on the lookout for a seasoned or senior Procurement Operations Agent (Level 3 or 4) to become a vital part of the Supply Chain Structures team.

Role Expectations:
This position necessitates a combination of strategic insight and practical execution, empowering the organization to enhance systems, business policies, processes, and efficiencies to function cohesively as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage supply and demand dynamics, scheduling, supplier quality, delivery, and financial outcomes.
2. Conduct risk assessment, issue identification, and opportunity management.
3. Communicate performance expectations and metrics to assess and monitor supplier effectiveness.
4. Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into sourcing, negotiation, and contracting methodologies.
5. Initiate and implement supplier enhancement initiatives and incorporate results into contracting strategies.
6. Oversee and approve technical methodologies and processes.
7. Review procurement and planning systems for accuracy verification.
8. Present supplier status updates to various stakeholders.
9. Operate with minimal supervision and exercise significant discretion in determining objectives and methods.

Work Environment:
This role is expected to be performed entirely onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work at the designated location.

Export Control Compliance:
This position must adhere to export control compliance requirements, necessitating a "US Person" as defined by applicable regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Management or Procurement processes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships for over 3 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for at least 3 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with leadership and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- More than 5 years managing supplier quality and delivery performance.
- Extensive experience interpreting supplier contractual obligations.
- Background in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles for over 5 years.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position; candidates must reside in the immediate area or manage their own relocation expenses.
