Boeing is seeking experienced Senior Program Integration Engineers to enhance our team and contribute significantly to both immediate and long-term projects within the aerospace sector.

The engineer will oversee multiple projects, providing essential technical, business, and integration guidance across various teams and departments. Candidates should be prepared to engage in projects that may extend beyond their current expertise, fostering growth and collaboration with global teams to devise innovative solutions to intricate technical challenges while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the development of next-generation commercial aircraft.
  • Lead specialized projects focusing on safety, certification, and programmatic challenges as directed by senior engineering leadership.
  • Understand and navigate the certification strategies for transport category aircraft.
  • Identify certification risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate compliance discussions with regulatory bodies and internal teams.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to ensure system integration and compliance with established requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, lead cross-functional teams, and manage technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and suppliers.
  • Mentor junior engineers in areas of safety, certification, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
  • Over 10 years of experience in complex engineering or system integration roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing multifaceted projects.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience with FAA certification processes and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience with US and international aircraft certification processes.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering practices and regulatory standards.
  • Project management experience and the ability to navigate dynamic environments.
