- Perform data analysis to compare actual outcomes against the Master Production Schedule.
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions based on comprehensive value stream analysis to support various programs and business units.
- Drive technological advancements and oversee their development to improve organizational capabilities.
- Coordinate the release of orders by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
- Implement and sustain process enhancements and standard operating procedures by analyzing and establishing best practices within the supply chain.
- Support the integration of changes and strategic planning to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Verify and integrate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operational plans.
- Collaborate with supply chain units and other functions to achieve objectives and set performance standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management or materials management.
- At least 5 years' experience in supply chain forecasting.
- 5 years' experience in interpreting Bills of Materials.
- 5 years' experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in supplier management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 1+ years' experience with SAP/4HANA.
- Experience leading teams through supply chain integrations.
- Familiarity with MRP systems such as ERPLN/SAP.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Education:
Accredited Bachelor's degree with typically 10 or more years of related experience, or a Master's degree with typically 8 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ABET accreditation is preferred in the USA, although not mandatory. Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
This position requires regular attendance and adherence to a full-time schedule, typically during first shift hours.
