Chipton-Ross is currently seeking three Senior Supply Chain Analysts for a contract opportunity.

This role requires 100% onsite presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will contribute to the Digital Transformation initiative, specifically the transition from ERP systems to SAP. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in existing supply chain processes and systems while collaborating across various functions.

Your background in developing innovative concepts, identifying enhancements in system processes, ensuring data integrity, and implementing productivity improvements will be crucial for effective integration within our operations.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential. This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
  • Conduct data analysis utilizing diverse methodologies to inform and support supply chain decision-making that enhances business performance.
  • Design and implement inventory control strategies and reporting mechanisms to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Navigate complex processes and organizational frameworks to create effective process flows.
  • Identify and resolve issues while enhancing inventory management, demand forecasting, and system reliability.
  • Develop, execute, and sustain tools and methodologies to assess the impact of proposed scheduling modifications.
  • Analyze scenarios to align production, storage, and transportation with demand needs.
  • Facilitate communication across the supply chain and throughout the organization by integrating and harmonizing processes, procedures, and practices across multiple teams.
  • Perform data analysis to compare actual outcomes against the Master Production Schedule.
  • Provide recommendations and implement solutions through comprehensive value stream data analysis supporting various programs and business units.
  • Advance innovative technological initiatives and guide their development to completion, enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate and authorize order releases by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
  • Implement and uphold process enhancements and standardized practices by analyzing and establishing best practices to boost supply chain performance.
  • Support the integration of changes and planning decisions to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Verify and incorporate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operational plans.
  • Collaborate with supply chain business units and other functions within the value stream to meet objectives and establish standards.
The project focus will be on the transition from ERP to SAP.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of training is a prerequisite for this position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in interpreting Bills of Materials.

o Minimum of 5 years of experience with industry-standard ERP systems or equivalent, such as SAP.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o At least 1 year of experience working directly with suppliers or in supplier management.
o At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
o An accredited Bachelor's degree or higher.
o At least 1 year of experience with SAP/4HANA.
o Experience in leading team members through supply chain integrations.
o Preferred experience with MRP systems (ERPLN/SAP).
o A collaborative mindset, proactive approach, and strong communication skills with both leaders and team members.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

An accredited Bachelor's degree with typically 10 or more years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with typically 8 or more years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is preferred but not mandatory. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor's, Master's) is preferred but not required.


WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time position with first shift hours.
WORK HOURS:
Start Time: 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
End Time: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Potential for overtime.
