Job Overview

This role offers a competitive salary range of approximately $55,000 - $58,000 annually, plus bonus/commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strong relationships with dealerships.

About the Role
  • Establish and grow the Dealer Specialties brand throughout the market
  • Recruit, develop, provide direction and lead service managers and account representatives
  • Manage and review P&L statements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and dealership groups
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's products and services
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a sales or management role
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with dealerships
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends
