Job Responsibilities:

This field sales role requires candidates to be located and willing to frequently travel to customer sites within a specific territory. The primary responsibility of the Outside Sales Representative is to sell educational products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales goals.

The representative will reach business targets through effective management of designated territory and physical visits to customer sites. Proactively, efficiently, and profitably controlling the sales cycle; managing and optimizing assigned territory to achieve assigned revenue, share of wallet, business mix, and new customer goals.

A comprehensive sales/business plan will be created to cover all potential customers within assigned territory including new account development activities and expansion of existing customer revenue. Established weekly activity guidelines will be met or exceeded by utilizing the CRM to document the sales process.

Meets or exceeds established sales goals. Performs sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote products and services; prepares quotes/proposals in accordance with company policy and ensuring healthy gross profit margins. Manages customer expectations throughout the sales cycle.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
