The Role

We're seeking a skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team in Philadelphia/South Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing geographic business plans, building strong relationships with retina specialists and institutions, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of and relationships with offices, including all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and implement geographic business plans in collaboration with other customer-facing teams.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Proactively communicate with Regional Sales Director (RSD) and fellow Territory Business Managers (TBMs) on a routine basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of biotech/pharma sales and account management experience.
  • 3+ years of ophthalmology and/or retina experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in buy & bill, biologics, and ophthalmic product launches is a plus.
  • A proven track record of sales success and expertise in creating and executing on business plans.
