Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Fresh Form Draft. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while also handling administrative tasks that are critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
