Position Summary

As an In-home Aide, you will provide essential support with personal care and household management tasks for clients in various settings, including their homes and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Prepare living spaces with necessary items such as linens and medical supplies
  • Support clients during meals and medication routines
  • Ensure clients receive regular meals and appropriate medication dosages
  • Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to medical staff
  • Aid clients with mobility challenges, including transfers between wheelchair and bed
  • Position clients in bed to prevent discomfort and pressure sores
  • Encourage physical activity by assisting clients with walking
  • Provide support with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment
