Position SummaryAs a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Care unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring patients and executing nursing interventions based on evidence-based practices.
Primary Duties- Follow established protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Provide outstanding service to all patients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate Cooper's core values in everyday practice.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience in acute care settings.
- Graduate from an NLN-accredited Nursing School.
- Possession of an active NJ-RN License and current BLS Certification.
- Specialty certifications may be necessary for specific positions.
