Job Summary

This role supports the Cooper Neurological Institute (CNI) and involves registering and scheduling patients for outpatient office appointments, procedures, and surgeries. The incumbent will also assist with tasks related to patient care and appointments, such as record gathering, scanning, faxing, and uploading images.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CNI team and other Cooper departments, including nursing, healthcare access, patient access center, lab testing, radiology, and OR.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience with using Epic is highly preferred.

Requirements

Education

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
