The Client Success Manager is accountable for the fulfillment of client contract obligations, aids in program development, and plays a key role in the overall success of client initiatives.
This role requires excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively, proactively engaging with brands and agencies, understanding client review and submission systems, and demonstrating accountability, creativity, flexibility, and organization while prioritizing urgent tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts, brands, and programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of program-specific goals and objectives.
- Utilize knowledge of company offerings to contribute to sales efforts.
- Foster productive relationships with internal teams (client success, sales, operations, pricing, creative, IT) and external partners (clients and media/creative agencies).
- Translate client feedback and objectives into actionable directives for internal teams.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring satisfaction among clients, agencies, and sales teams.
- Maintain and communicate contract details, deliverables, and client requirements on behalf of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for client-related updates, consistently sharing important information with relevant teams.
- Produce, manage, and revise company documentation and tracking tools as necessary.
- Provide insights into campaign performance metrics and effectively communicate results to clients.
- Possess a working knowledge of client review and submission systems, managing the submission process as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency, marketing, or project management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Salesforce, and project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheets.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data to derive meaningful insights that enhance client revenue.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing best practices and consumer information processing in new media formats.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in a highly regulated sector such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Consistent ability to produce clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships and collaborating closely with various teams.
