The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, enhancing existing client partnerships, delivering tailored solutions to help clients achieve their marketing objectives, and consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their goals, objectives, and market dynamics to proactively create customized advertising solutions.
- Deliver compelling multi-platform sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events) and effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Develop a strong understanding of our digital assets and audience extension products to provide a comprehensive marketing solution.
- Actively prospect and seek new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Adhere to all corporate procedures for order preparation, billing resolution, and regular reporting on sales activities and competitive analysis.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to strategically position Cumulus in the marketplace.
- Generate innovative ideas and think creatively to enhance client offerings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM software.
- Outstanding communication skills.
