Job Description

Our Business Development Representative team plays a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals by promoting their products and services in a unique and impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and Advertising teams to ensure seamless communication and completion of the enrollment process.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to current and potential clients, ensuring they have a knowledgeable and friendly resource to answer any questions.
  • Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all data during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes.
  • Attend meetings in person and via Zoom to increase client knowledge and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented individual with an inquisitive nature and a desire to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
