**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Predactiv. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
