Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, and communicate client feedback to management.
  • Proactively interface with clients to ensure their needs are being met, and develop and maintain agendas for regular status meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client technologies and initiatives, and work with the technical team to explore improvements and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Planning Meetings.
  • Assist with the management of onboarding new clients and contacts, and develop a proficient understanding of internal systems and operating procedures.
  • Work with Procurement to ensure hardware/software renewals are processed in a timely manner, and review client invoices for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and external audiences.
  • High energy and drive, with good negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Proficient with general office applications, including MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel periodically to client locations.
