We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our managed service clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions, and communicate client feedback to management.
- Proactively interface with clients to ensure their needs are being met, and develop and maintain agendas for regular status meetings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client technologies and initiatives, and work with the technical team to explore improvements and recommendations.
- Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Planning Meetings.
- Assist with the management of onboarding new clients and contacts, and develop a proficient understanding of internal systems and operating procedures.
- Work with Procurement to ensure hardware/software renewals are processed in a timely manner, and review client invoices for accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and external audiences.
- High energy and drive, with good negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Proficient with general office applications, including MS Office.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to client locations.
