About the Role

Corsica Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls from prospective clients and engage with them to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through various outbound channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Make 50-75 calls per day and send 100 emails per day to engage with prospects and build relationships.
  • Update CRM and systems to keep the team informed about prospect communications and activities.
  • Accrue business knowledge through researching different industries, leadership structures, and business challenges.
  • Work with the marketing team to increase sales pipeline and report weekly on prospect pipeline statistics, activities, and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Success working as a member of a team and creating interest in the companies and solutions you represent.
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Connectwise, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
