About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company as a Business Development Representative - Food and Beverage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and generate interest in our premium linen rental and laundry services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in the food service industry.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and conversion rates through the sales funnel, collaborating with the sales and marketing team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and position our services as a solution, managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing client relationships that build loyalty and trust, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, with a strong problem-solving approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
