About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building relationships with small and large businesses in the northern Indiana area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through warm and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
