Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Marketing Director in crafting comprehensive annual marketing strategies and collaborate with hospital leadership, corporate stakeholders, and authorized marketing partners to implement these strategies effectively.

2. Advocate for optimal market visibility and facilitate seamless transitions from consumer interest to patient engagement.

3. Aid in both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring a robust communication framework that encompasses both earned and owned media.

4. Contribute to online reputation management efforts.

5. Support Community Connections initiatives to build and maintain valuable community relationships and partnerships that align with the hospital's growth objectives and reputation management.

6. Oversee the hospital's website to guarantee that content is current, compliant, and consumer-friendly at all times.

7. Assist in measuring and tracking the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with marketing initiatives.

8. Stay informed about the hospital's overall market share, service line performance, market trends, and other relevant data to identify potential growth strategies.

9. Collaborate with professional outreach directors to support independent physician alignment and work with practice administration to enhance the performance of affiliated medical groups.

10. Act as the media liaison and spokesperson for the hospital when necessary.

11. Promote a culture of excellence in patient experience, aligning with the organization's strategic imperatives.

12. Communicate marketing strategies effectively to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

13. Remain knowledgeable about and compliant with all marketing-related guidelines and corporate policies concerning communications, advertising, promotions, and physician relations.

Qualifications:

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects effectively.

Furthermore, the ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse range of key stakeholders, both internal and external, is crucial.

Education/Experience:

A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of 2-4 years of direct marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, is essential.

Demonstrated analytical skills that reveal the capacity to identify and act on insights that drive business outcomes are necessary.
