Marketing Support Specialist

United Water Restoration Group is recognized as Florida's leading privately-owned company specializing in Water, Fire, and Mold Remediation and Restoration services. Our mission is to restore our clients' properties and lives after damage, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist in promoting our services.
We are in search of a dedicated and organized candidate eager to embark on a career in Business Development. This role will support our team of experienced Business Development Representatives (Marketers) and involve assisting in various marketing initiatives aimed at identifying and securing new business prospects, enhancing brand awareness, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate is someone who excels in building relationships, is engaging, charismatic, and possesses a professional demeanor. They should be receptive to guidance and feedback while being a self-motivated individual focused on achieving sales objectives.
This is a full-time role that requires flexibility, as our operations run around the clock. While you will not be working 24/7, availability for after-hours communication may be necessary. The position includes a company-branded vehicle, gas card, cell phone, laptop, and reimbursement for expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing and sales materials.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations effectively.
- Manage incoming inquiries from potential clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Oversee a designated territory of local vendors, including plumbing companies, roofers, general contractors, insurance adjusters, agents, and home inspectors, to encourage referrals to our services.
- Represent the brand at significant marketing and promotional events.
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with referral sources and trade partners to drive business growth.
- Utilize Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to log all interactions, ensuring detailed tracking of activities for company leadership.
- Complete administrative tasks promptly, including monthly recaps, expense reports, and participation in team calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the home service industry, marketing, field sales, business-to-business sales, event execution, or related fields.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Email.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including assembling and disassembling objects, and using hand and power tools.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach above shoulders, kneel, stoop, or bend.
- Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Valid driving record and ability to pass a background check.
