Position Overview:

1. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate annual marketing strategies and engage with hospital leadership and approved vendors for effective execution.
2. Advocate for optimal market visibility and facilitate seamless transitions from consumer inquiries to patient experiences.
3. Assist in internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring a robust framework that incorporates both earned and owned media.
4. Manage online reputation and contribute to community engagement efforts to strengthen relationships and partnerships that support the hospital's growth and reputation.
5. Oversee the hospital's website, ensuring that content is current, compliant, and consumer-friendly.
6. Support the assessment of return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives.
7. Stay informed about market share dynamics and other relevant data to identify new growth opportunities.
8. Collaborate with outreach directors to align independent physicians and support the performance of affiliated medical groups.
9. Act as the media liaison and spokesperson for the hospital when necessary.

Qualifications:
