Position Overview:
This role encompasses a variety of essential functions aimed at enhancing the marketing initiatives of Pine Ridge Physicians Regional Health System.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate annual marketing strategies and work closely with hospital leadership and approved marketing partners to implement these strategies.
2. Advocate for effective marketability and ensure a smooth transition from consumer to patient pathways.
3. Contribute to both internal and external communication efforts, establishing a robust communication framework that incorporates both earned and owned media.
4. Assist in managing the hospital's online reputation and support community engagement efforts to build valuable relationships and partnerships.
5. Oversee the hospital's website, ensuring that content is current, compliant, and oriented towards consumer needs.
6. Help in measuring and tracking the return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives.
7. Stay informed about the hospital's market share, service line dynamics, and other relevant data to identify potential growth strategies.
8. Collaborate with outreach directors to support independent physician alignment and enhance the performance of affiliated medical groups.
9. Act as the media contact and spokesperson for the hospital when necessary.
10. Promote a culture of excellence in patient experience while aligning with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications:
This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Outstanding organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects effectively.

Additionally, the ability to collaborate and communicate with various key stakeholders, both internal and external, is crucial.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of 2-4 years of direct marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, is essential.

Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify insights that drive business outcomes.
