Role Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the CASE sector within the southwestern region. Key responsibilities include:

1. **Account Management**: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
2. **Market Strategy Development**: Collaborate on segment strategies, competitive analysis, and customer targeting to enhance our market approach.
3. **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our latest products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
4. **Sales Excellence**: Demonstrate best practices in sales and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
5. **Technical Support**: Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of our solutions.
6. **Project Delivery**: Lead projects to validate new product solutions aligned with our strategic goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., chemistry, material science).
- A minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in specialty adhesives, coatings, or construction chemicals, with a preference for the latex binder sector.
- Strong technical knowledge in adhesive, construction, and coatings applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients.
- Proven business acumen and familiarity with sales techniques, including lead generation and consultative selling.
