  4. Serve as a technical liaison for the sales team, customers, and other essential teams to ensure internal alignment.
  5. Act as a technical expert for general ESS product applications, specifications, and inquiries, refining technical specifications and drawings as necessary.
  6. Manage internal and external technical portals to enhance service to internal and customer needs.
  7. Assist in the contract review process to ensure that technical risks are identified and addressed.
  8. Coordinate with the headquarters solution center and product team to oversee product updates and technical modifications.
  9. Travel with sales teams to provide technical support and effectively demonstrate product advantages.
  10. Interpret regulatory requirements including UL, IEEE, IEC, NEC, and North American grid codes, providing input to the company's product line.
  11. Participate in industry trade shows and marketing events to enhance the company's brand recognition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with direct experience in battery energy storage system (BESS) integration or as an EPC contractor being a significant advantage.
