We are seeking a skilled and personable Technical Solutions Consultant with a solid engineering background to support our organization in broadening our client portfolio.

In this role, you will merge technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships within the energy, aerospace, and defense sectors, collaborating with clients to pinpoint solutions tailored to their simulation and software technology requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, develop, and deliver engaging technical presentations to showcase the company's offerings to clients.

• Engage with clients to discuss their needs and requirements, facilitating effective solutions that benefit both the client and the organization.

• Identify and pursue new high-quality sales opportunities, follow up after initial outreach, secure and renew contracts, and finalize sales.

• Sustain relationships with current and potential clients to provide after-sales support.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee solutions throughout the proposal process by gathering client requirements, steering proposal strategies, coordinating the efforts of subject matter experts and product managers, drafting proposal sections, and assisting with cost-related activities.

• Collaborate with research and development engineers to adapt and enhance products to meet client technical specifications and requirements.

• Gather and analyze data to formulate innovative sales and marketing strategies.

• Establish and achieve sales objectives for both new and existing clients.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's technical products and services.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage relevant business development budgets, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with experience in technology sales.

• Exceptional management, communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Proven ability to create and deliver presentations that convey information clearly, confidently, and succinctly.

• Proficient in articulating complex technical concepts in a relatable and engaging manner.

• Strong listening skills to comprehend client needs and identify subtle challenges from a solution-oriented perspective.

• Capacity to assimilate advanced technical knowledge and leverage it to resolve client issues.


• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing technical and sales professional development, along with staying informed about current trends and advancements in technology.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability for strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in technical sales within agriculture, energy, construction, aerospace, or defense sectors.

• Familiarity with advanced software, simulation, and/or immersive (XR) technologies.

• Citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.
