You'll oversee all aspects of customer service, from responding to inquiries to resolving issues.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on experience and location)

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
