Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Patient Experience to lead our efforts in redefining healthcare engagement. This individual will develop innovative, data-driven strategies that integrate brand, medical, and engagement expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated, data-informed engagement strategies for HCPs and patients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including XD and Health Studios, to ensure customer journeys are rooted in innovative design thinking.
  • Use advanced analytics and measurement frameworks to track performance, optimize strategies in real time, and demonstrate ROI for clients.
  • Work alongside creative and medical teams to ensure engagement strategies integrate seamlessly with content, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital engagement, omnichannel strategy, or customer experience, with a strong focus on healthcare (HCP and DTC) and social media marketing.
  • Social media expertise, including crafting and launching impactful campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Data-driven leadership skills, using tools like Manhattan Research, ATU studies, IMS data, and social media analytics platforms to inform segmentation, channel planning, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to craft digital creative briefs, business requirements, and strategic frameworks for programs, campaigns, and messaging/content development.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including group health coverage options, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
