Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Director to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our luxury residential communities. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty, while driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insights: The Customer Experience Director will work closely with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, using this insights to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
- Service Development: They will develop and implement high-quality customer-centric services and experiences that meet or exceed resident expectations.
- Staff Engagement: The director will engage and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, through regular training, feedback, and recognition.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
