Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Director to lead our sales team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a critical member of our retail leadership team, you will focus on developing lasting relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand values. Your expertise in sales strategies, product knowledge, and leadership skills will enable you to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to create unforgettable customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their features.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of retail or sales management experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary range: $23-25 per hour, plus additional sales commission. Benefits include Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Discount, and 401(k).
