Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Flex Storage Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As a key member of our office operations, you will handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and facilitate communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the executive team.
  • Process payroll for over 100 employees and back office logging, such as data entry.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, reservations, planning, and conferences.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Serve as a point of contact between team leads, employees, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate arrangements and accommodations for the GM.
  • Reports directly to GM and EVP with any office duties.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Process payroll and Homebase experience (preferred).
