We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with VIP team to ensure seamless arrival, departure, and special needs of VIPs, members, and Marriott Bonvoy guests.
- Review daily expected arrivals and check VIP and special requests to ensure timely execution.
- Run and distribute daily VIP and Bonvoy guest reports to relevant outlets.
- Build rapport with VIPs, Marriott Bonvoy members, and distinguished visitors to encourage feedback throughout their stay.
- Maintain a database of guest preferences, habits, and special dates to provide personalized service.
- Serve as a general guest information source and maintain confidentiality of all guest and member information.
- At least 3 years of progressive management experience in a hotel, preferably in Guest Relations and Front Office.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.
- Experience using software programs such as Microsoft Office and knowledge of OPERA and Guest Experience Platform systems is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent, or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to communicate in the English language, with a second language a plus.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
