Position Overview: The Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Pure Serenity Health Spa is a pivotal role that acts as the primary physician leader for our healthcare operations. This position is essential in fostering robust and collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers, advanced care practitioners, insurance payers, and large self-funded organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders to enhance operational efficiencies, including strategic planning, patient satisfaction, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality initiatives aimed at improving patient care and reducing costs.
  • Provide leadership to various committees focused on clinical guidelines and quality assurance.
  • Direct the strategic planning process for medical management, evaluating utilization, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain metrics for quality, utilization, and cost across all medical care delivery areas.
  • Work collaboratively with various medical teams to ensure seamless transitions in patient care.
  • Analyze data and generate reports for healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the transition from traditional reimbursement models to value-based care systems.
  • Focus on care models that enhance population health and improve reimbursement through value-based contracts.
  • Guide healthcare providers through the transition from individual to population-based care.
  • Assist in the development of quality data systems for population health management.
  • Promote initiatives that increase patient engagement and improve care coordination.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies for physician alignment and clinical integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of clinical practice experience.
  • Current medical licensure is required.
  • Preferred experience in medical administration and leadership within integrated healthcare systems.
  • Graduate degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.

Physical Requirements: This role may require the exertion of moderate physical effort in various tasks.
