Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Executive for the North Central territory. This role is pivotal in enhancing profitability within designated markets and territories, specifically targeting the distribution and manufacturing of fluid handling equipment and automated controls for the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Executive will:

  • Enhance product visibility within assigned markets and territories.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and execute follow-up procedures, including providing pricing information and product updates.
  • Conduct initial site assessments and needs evaluations.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to define project objectives and goals.
  • Create preliminary flow diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Secure customer approval for flow diagrams and project timelines.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels.
  • Travel to client locations to present products, services, and pricing in a professional manner.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote company offerings.
  • Utilize technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Direct clients to appropriate corporate resources as needed.
  • Work with the Credit Manager to establish suitable credit and payment terms.
  • Maintain records for sales forecasts within the territory.
  • Submit timely reports, including territory forecasts and expense documentation.
  • Adhere to company sales policies to ensure effective customer service and foster long-term relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, notifying management of issues and proposing solutions.
  • Gather and report competitive intelligence to management.
  • Participate in training sessions and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Assist in regional marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
