Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function. This role involves training, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure high levels of efficiency and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic direction and coaching for the Accounts Receivable team within Shared Services. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities in achieving the company's objectives.
  2. Empowerment: Foster an environment that encourages team members to take on new responsibilities and make informed decisions to meet departmental goals.
  3. Integrity and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of integrity by engaging in continuous self-improvement and staying informed about relevant regulations and best practices.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Build strong relationships with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Performance Management: Regularly assess team performance, identify training needs, and provide feedback to enhance skills and capabilities.
  6. Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including cash application, account reconciliations, and reporting.
  7. Internal Controls: Establish and enforce processes to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Experience with SAP and Oracle systems is advantageous.
