Position:
Operating Supervisor

Location:

Work Schedule:
1st Shift 6:30am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure achievement of production targets
- Set clear job expectations and mentor team members for optimal performance
- Track production metrics and support operators with daily challenges
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment
- Partner with HR for employee performance assessments
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing management
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as required

Physical Requirements:
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Comfort in working within a chemical environment

Compensation:
$25.10 per hour
