Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Front desk reception and visitor control
  • Facilities management, including mail, badge system maintenance, and shared space upkeep
  • Support for Accounting & HR functions, including data input, filing, and reconciliation
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or High School Diploma plus at least two years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
