Administrative Coordinator

Primoris Power Delivery is a leading provider of engineering and design, installation and maintenance, material and equipment procurement, repair of electrical transmission, distribution, substation, wireless communication, and storm restoration services.
The PositionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Fleet Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks related to equipment and fleet management across our different business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify Asset Transfers: Ensure the accuracy of asset transfers and execute transfers and other processes related to keeping all fleet management data systems accurate and current.
- Generate and Distribute Reports: Generate and distribute scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.
- Communicate with Dispatch Team: Communicate with the dispatch team to ensure equipment moves are scheduled timely.
- Process Internal Forms: Process internal forms for equipment management.
- Multi-tasking and Communication: Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Individual must possess high attention to detail.
- Follow Instructions: Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
- Computer Skills: Have sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
