- Customer Service
- Process customer orders and provide responsive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Operational Management
- Oversee and manage receiving paperwork, including processing and verifying customer orders.
- Collaborate with Dispatch as needed to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization, including administrative and operational risks.
- Education and Experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the energy industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
