Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Oversight

  • Customer Service
    • Process customer orders and provide responsive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee and manage receiving paperwork, including processing and verifying customer orders.
    • Collaborate with Dispatch as needed to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including industry standards and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization, including administrative and operational risks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Graduate or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working with software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
