Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our customer base and enhance brand visibility through community event coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and staff by managing phone calls and emails to improve customer retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer programs to facilitate an efficient front-desk experience.
  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, and problem-solving communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Prior experience in customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is advantageous.
