Overview


The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional and efficient service to both internal and external clients by supporting the overall workflow processes of the branch and delivering routine client assistance.

This position reports directly to either the Client Service Management Manager or the Client Service Supervisor.

How You'll Make an Impact

The Client Relationship Specialist contributes to significant business outcomes such as:
  • Client retention and satisfaction, enhancing GGB's value to clients and prospects.
  • Achieving operational and margin targets while fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the priorities of Production team members and the Client Service function.
  • Adhering to efficiency and productivity standards, including data and document requirements, timelines, and tool usage.
  • Assisting with the overall workflow processes of the branch.
  • Creating documents, certificates, and other materials using appropriate systems and resources.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A current Commercial Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance License.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Life/Health insurance.
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong financial acumen.
Key Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems similar to Epic or AMS 360.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at engaging others in consultative discussions.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Capability to work independently.
