Banking Relationship Specialist

**Job Summary**
As a Banking Relationship Specialist at Truist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Participate in sales and service meetings, product knowledge sessions, and training programs to enhance your skills and stay current with industry developments.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Two years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- One year of experience in client relationship building or sales.
- Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
**Benefits**
