Job Overview

Maverick Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Relations and Customer Service Team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their purchasing experience is individualized and of the highest quality.
  • Document client information and ensure accurate processing of purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a focus on improving interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to practice active listening and empathy when dealing with client concerns.
