Client Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in delivering an unparalleled client experience.
- Play a critical role in the operational success of our local Schwab branch.
- Support clients with tact and diplomacy, handling their needs with professionalism.
- Develop and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
