We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team at Allied, a mission-motivated company that is revolutionizing paid media in politics and public affairs. In this role, you will support our Client Services team in managing and growing key accounts; collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations, data-driven insights, and exceptional client service; and manage high-impact ad campaigns with external media partners and internal colleagues.

An expert in the fast-changing world of paid media, you will offer guidance to clients, provide extraordinarily responsive support, deliver timely and comprehensive reporting, and develop data-driven recommendations that help our clients succeed. If you are a proactive, analytical, and client-focused professional with a passion for causes that matter, this is an opportunity to make a real impact and grow within our dynamic organization.

About Us:

At Allied, we're not just another media solution. We're the go-to resource for agencies and buyers seeking top-notch inventory and unbeatable pricing in critical, high-stakes campaigns. Since 2019, Allied has delivered unique access to paid media inventory and pricing on behalf of high-profile agencies and campaigns. Through exclusive partnerships and pricing, Allied enables campaigns to secure improved impact and performance across CTV, OTT, streaming, and digital media, delivering true cost efficiency for our campaign partners and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a roster of key accounts by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional, responsive client service.
  • Collaborate with our team to rapidly onboard new customers and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Consult with our Business Development leaders to identify ways to grow current accounts.
  • Demonstrate strategic understanding and tactical expertise to improve campaigns and meet client KPIs across media spend.
  • Manage and monitor vendor relationships with multiple media partners.
  • Provide continual feedback, reporting, and insights to clients.
  • Work with Allied leaders to help identify product opportunities and optimize operational systems.
  • Help build our Client Services practice by creating and iterating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer-facing guides.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work in campaigns and/or digital advertising.
  • Experience building, analyzing, and presenting paid media reporting, including monitoring pace and performance for persuasion and impact.
  • Highly effective time management skills – proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work independently on daily tasks, and collaborate across multiple teams with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the paid media landscape, best practices, and benchmarks for success. Preference for experience managing reserve media and persuasion campaigns.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, and you are 100% accountable.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending smart strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent years of experience.
  • Someone who is looking to grow into more senior-level opportunities and deliver meaningful impact for mission-based organizations and campaigns.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and commission structure.
  • Professional development opportunities spanning across the highest levels of politics, media, and public affairs.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a supportive, fast-paced team that values innovation and excellence.
  • The opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of politics and progressive initiatives through strategic projects and high-profile campaigns.
