Job Summary

The Wealth Relationship Manager - SAFE Act is a critical role within Citigroup Inc. that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in financial planning and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with high net worth clients to increase wallet share and provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Anticipate and understand clients' complex financial needs and offer tailored solutions through a range of products and services.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to recognize and understand clients' banking, credit, and investment needs.
  • Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to seminars.
  • Master referral opportunities to grow the portfolio and proactively source, acquire, and expand high-value customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with a basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
