Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients
  • Assist in the operational success of the branch, including handling client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • Develop and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Support the development and growth of the branch team

Requirements
  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
  • Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
